Worth value for money, but three star hotel. Weird management principles, but smiling people around.
A good location falls on highway and Kharghar is in Navi Mumbai falling on way to Pune. It will suit those who want to reside or have a work in Kharghar because it is far away from the main city of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai centre. This hotel caters to those who visit there and remains as a decent hotel for the corporate crowd of Kharghar. I got a good room facing the highway and with a big glass it is beautiful to see outside. Really worth sitting with a chair and watch the highway anytime. Something I liked. Nothing exceptional, average three star hotel. Not bad also, serves the exact purpose of stay.
1). Booking.Com will not help you when you are in any trouble, so use local service providers to book hotels like Goibibo or Makemy Trip or yatra or anything that has service centre to talk because they have a 24 customerservice team. In my case Booking.com did nothing, no response to my support or help or priority messages, no response to my calling etc. I learnt the hard way and looking to change to Agoda or anything else. 2). The hotel is a three star hotel, the management has told you cannot order food from outside or bring outside food inside and only order from inside. I didn't like this practice. However management of the hotel's decision, I agree. So it is not worth to cross a four star hotel because four or five don't order customers to follow such weird policies. 3). They gave only one card for two members even though two members were there. Again management policy. 4). Rest everything good. The customer service team and the vallet team or at the gates, they make you very happy during your visit. 5). Old hotel lobby, but the swimming pool is beautiful. I don't complain or write negative but this is a three star status hotel. So have in mind that while reserving. However the price product ration or value is good. So worth the value of price for stay. But please note, if you are in trouble Booking.com is shit and does nothing, doesn't support you anywhere. Neither on messages or calls. Only play messaging with Bots.
